Interpretation & Trnslation
Facilitate interaction with the community through
- trnaslation of documents (legal, educational, employment)
- filling of forms

Referral to Community Services
provide links to resources relating to
- economincs
- social & cultural connections
- education
- and recreation

Service Bridging
assist non-settlement services & the community to understand and serve newcomers through
- one to one activities
- group activities
